Mini Biography

Steven R. McQueen (born Terrence Steven McQueen II; July 13, 1988) - and also known as 'Steven Chadwick McQueen' - is an American actor, best known for his role as Jeremy Gilbert in The CW show The Vampire Diaries and his recurring role as Kyle Hunter in the drama series Everwood. McQueen uses the name 'Steven R. McQueen', professionally, the 'R' referring to his stepfather's surname of Robitaille.

Early life

McQueen was born in Los Angeles, California, the son of Stacey Toten (Stacia Robitaille) and actor/producer Chad McQueen. His paternal grandparents were actor Steve McQueen and Filipino-born actress Neile Adams. His stepfather, Luc Robitaille, is a retired Canadian NHL hall of famer. McQueen has two younger siblings, Chase and Madison McQueen as well as a half brother, Jesse Robitaille.

So I have realized that the character studies take a lot of time and that I won't be able to post a lot of stuff. So I'll post mini things each day, just to stay active :D

Character Study: Jeremy Gilbert

In Season 1 Jeremy Gilbert (Steven R. McQueen was introduced as Elena Gilberts (Nina Dobrev) kid brother, at the beginning he was 14 years old and a stoner who had had sex with an 18 year old girl named Vicki Donovan (Kayla Ewell).

Sadly (or not) Damon turned Vicki into a vampire, and she attacked Jeremy.

Then Stefan killed her.

And..yeah.

Jeremy was really heart broken about it :(

Also in Season 1 Jeremy met Anna (Malese Jow) who was a vampire. When he found out she was a vampire, he wanted her to turn him into one.

Later they fell in love and all that romantic stuff. :)

Sadly, she died as well. Because of the town Council.

At the end of Season 1, Jeremy drinks Anna's blood and takes a lot of sleeping pills to turn himself into a vampire. In season 2 he is woken up by Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Elena (Nina Dobrev), who confirm that he isn't a vampire.

At the end of Season 2, Jeremy starts seeing ghosts after being brought back from the dead. He sees Anna and Vicki.

At this time Jeremy is dating Bonnie (Katerina Graham).

But that all goes to hell when he kisses Anna, after she becomes coporeal in 'Ghost World.'

Somewhere in Season 3, Jeremy leaves to go to Denver. Damon (Ian Somerhalder) compels him to go so he stays safe. Then they need to talk to a ghost, so Damon and Elena go to Denver and discover that Kol (Nathaniel Buzolic) has been spying on Jeremy. So they tak care of it and Jeremy comes back to town. And it's still kind of weird around him and Bonnie.

In Season 4 Jeremy become a hunter, one of the five. And sadly Silas (Paul Wesley :3) kills him.

Then at the end of Season four Jeremy comes back as a ghost but then Bonnie (Kat Graham) really brings him back to life. But he finds out that she's dead.

It was sad because he had to say goodbye again, but Bonnie promised he would see her again because Jeremy can see ghosts.

So RIP

News on Joseph Morgan

Last month, "The Vampire Diaries" villain Joseph Morgan premiered the 30-second trailer for his gripping new film, "Revelation." Now Morgan is set to publicly debut the ten-minute short at the Atlanta Film Festival, running from March 15-24 this spring. "Revelation" is Morgan's directorial debut, starring "TVD" alumna Persia White. Zap2it got an exclusive first screening of the thriller -- and it was quite a white-knuckled ride. White plays a woman navigating a dark, post-apocalyptic world, where the home she once shared with her husband has become a house of horrors, marred by gruesome tragedy. After a savage confrontation, she's left with no choice but to venture out into the world and face the harsh realities that await her there.

The film's frenetic pace and accelerating heartbeat will leave you breathless, as will White's unsparing performance. The audience is privy to every fraught breath she takes on screen as she fights for survival. Meanwhile, the eerie calm of her voiceover provides for an unsettling contrast. Expect an ending that will make you want to watch the whole thing over again, immediately.
